Session Price: $250
Class taught at The Nyack Center, 58 Depew Ave (Corner of Broadway and Depew)
Cookies:
Students will learn baking fundamentals working on basic cookies, scaling, mixing and creaming methods, piping techniques and decorating
Breads:
Students will learn yeast, water ratios, work with various types of flours, scaling, mixing, shaping of breads.
Cake Decorating:
Students will learn, cutting, shaping layering and decorating applications using both fondant and Buttercream.
