Back to School Cooking (Kids Ages 10 and older):
After a full summer it's time to get back to serious cooking! So, let's get in the kitchen and create some great dishes.

Class time: 2 to 4 pm
Session Price: 4-week series price:
$200 plus $15.00 registration fee.

Introduction to Cooking (Kids Ages 5 to 9):
At this age kids love getting those tiny hands in the mix of things. Here they will get exposure to new ingredients, develop a flavor profile for herbs and spices, and learn about breads and good eating habits.

4 week series prices $160.00 plus $15.00 registration fee.

Holiday Season Classes:
In this series we will focus on holiday menus that are age appropriate for each class.

In the three days you will learn the basics of:
- Yeast breads using various types of flours producing both rich and lean dough breads
- Tarts using both sweet and savory crust
- Basic cake decorating using both fondant and icing applications
Kids 10 & older — 9am to 12:30pm $245. Plus $15.00 registration fee. Lunch included.
